Itamar's Success Tips to Maximize the Value From Your Mastermind

-Guidelines -Make sure to watch the video each week, make sure to watch Itamar's video on preparing for the first call. -Structure of the Call 5 min Open *Hot Seats, You will have 4-5 people in your group *In your hot seat it is up to you what is vital to address. This will vary depending on your business. *We will be creating spreadsheets for the mastermind where you can track your goals and actions. *10 min at the close to set Declarations/Goals for the next wee and you will enter the goal before you leave the mastermind. -The following week you will tell your group 2 things in your hot seat... 1. What were your results? 2. What do you want to discuss this week? -We want to note that there will be a time keeper during your hour long call so one person won't waste the time of another, we will keep communication very precise and on point. As we mentioned this is not a place to squander and chat about unrelated topics. It is a place where you can get support to set yourself up to Win as quickly as possible. -They can communication via email thread How to set yourself up for success: 1. Get things out of the way 2. Communicate with family, spouses, BF/GF's, kids 3. I have run a lot of masterminds and .....the ones that have the most success either have 1 or both of these 2 things. One, they are open....staying open and staying open minded is key and two, they have their shit together, they are prepared. Take the time you have before the mastermind call to prepare which sets yourself up for success. Know your main problems, and even start thinking of solutions to bring up on the call.
