For business owners, especially digital entrepreneurs, there has been a rush of hiring in Eastern Europe for many different jobs and as an entrepreneur, Neil saw an opportunity and decided to capitalize on it. Three Critical Functions All Businesses Should Have for Team Building

1.KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

-Indicators that tell you if your business is doing well or not

Ex. Revenue, Advertising, Employee Performance, etc

2. Time Tracking

-See what employees are doing

-See where they are slow and need help

-Makes productivity quantifiable

3. Processes

-Ask the employees to create the process and SOP’s
