100 Interviews in 100 Days with 100 Entrepreneurs That Have Built $100,000+ Businesses

“(We) ran out of cash and closed up shop. It was a spectacular success and then a spectacular failure…..I swore after that I would never have a business again!”  Brendan Tully

Today listeners, it is an honor to have Brendan Tully on our show! Brendan is a serial entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word. Currently, he is running six digital businesses and has some incredible knowledge to share.

Brendan and I start chatting about his first business that went from $100,000 in annual revenue to $6,000,000 in just three years. Then he addresses losing cashflow from the business and eventually shutting it down. He addresses some of the leadership lessons he took away from that experience and how he promised himself he would never start another business again. Brendan then talks about how he got into the six businesses that he is involved in today, and how he manages his time as a serial entrepreneur.

This episode is full of great tips on handling massive spikes in revenue, managing remote teams and optimizing eCommerce stores.

‘Business growth is good but uncontrolled explosive business growth is bad.” Brendan Tully
